Reflexology
Reflexology
is a scientific art whose main focus is to reduce stress. The application
of pressure to precise points on the hands or feet which correspond
to all body parts, causes certain physiological changes in the body.
By working these reflex areas and stimulating some of the 3,500 nerve
endings in the sole of each foot can balance the energy flow within
the body and help to improve body functions.
| • Reflexology
encourages the healing process to begin and to promote a sense of
well being |
| • Reflexology
improves circulation and the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to
the cells, thereby promoting the balance, stress reduction, and
relaxation. |
| • Reflexology
helps to improve and strengthen the weak areas of the body. |
It can facilitate
a deep relaxation of body and mind with the releases of physical, mental,
and emotional tension. This can lead to a greater sense of well being
and improve overall health.

on their own. Journaling has been reported to increase creativity and
problem solving skills, reduce stress, increase self awareness and promote
emotional healing. Student privacy is respected and participants are
not expected to share their writings with the class. Please contact
our center to register for a class.
