Dr. LaRusso is a practicing chiropractor for 28 years, graduating with honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1980. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Wagner College. The past 11 years he has practiced Neural Organization Technique under the close guidance of its creator, Dr. Carl A. Ferreri, and he is a certified NOT instructor.

Dr. LaRusso is the Director of the New Horizon Center for Infinitely Higher Healing located in Staten Island, NY. The Center offers a wide array of integrated and holistic therapies.

Dr. LaRusso addresses the intricacies of the inborn intelligence of the mind-body connection and its observable expression in your life. The protocols created by Dr. Ferreri lay down a complete template to access this unique linking of the mind with the body.
