Neural Organization Technique, or NOT, was developed by Dr. Carl A. Ferreri, a New York based chiropractor in 1979. The procedure utilizes a synchronous protocol aimed at re-organizing the body's controlling mechanism commonly referred to as the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord).

NOT incorporates the arts of Applied Kinesiology, Acupuncture Meridians, and well- established soft tissue Chiropractic Techniques to evaluate and treat conditions that affect the human body.
